Bio: Shelly obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1988 at Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry. She has been with Wendel Family Dental Centre since 1988 and is our managing hygienist. She has a special interest in providing periodontal treatment.
Shelley is married and has one son. She lives in the country on acreage and enjoys spending time with her family and many various animals.
Nancy K Sweeney, RDH

Bio: Nancy graduated from Ridgefield High School in 1987. She graduated from Clark College Dental Hygiene School in 1995. Nancy has been with Wendel Family Dental Centre since 1998.
Nancy is a busy Mom of twins. She enjoys playtime with her family, running with her husband, and traveling.
Stefanie Hatley, RDH

Bio: Stefanie graduated from the Clark College Dental Hygiene program in 2020 after transitioning from a long career in the customer service industry.
Valentyna Sapizhinska, RDH

Bio: Valentyna moved to the USA from Ukraine in 2017. She received her Associate of Science in 2019 and Bachelor’s in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2023.
She likes to explore nature and hike in Oregon and Washington. Her favorite hiking trail is the Maple Pass Loop in North Cascades National Park. Her favorite TV show is Anne of Green Gables and she enjoys Vietnamese and Indian cuisine.
